I’m continuing the search of the Youtube food archives with Edd Kimber’s Youtube channel.

Some of you may not have heard of Edd Kimber. Well he was the champion of the first series of The Great British Bake Off and has gone on to have an amazing career, having worked with the likes of Raymond Blanc’s Oxfordshire restaurant Le Manoir, having appeared on TV shows and published 2 books, The Boy Who Bakes and Say It With Cake. You can see my review of his first book, The Boy Who Bakes here. Edd is an amazing baker and is renowned for his aptitude for macaron mastery and even runs macaron-making classes. His recipes are a guarantor of success and I am a sucker for salted caramel anyway.
