Youtube is a hub for food channels and they are incredibly popular.
With some channels having 2 million subscribers and many British foodies showing recipes on Youtube, I’d thought I’d find some of the foodie gems to share here with links. I’m subscribed to many food channels and they always post cracking recipes. It is a space to find almost everything you need with great passionate people behind the channels posting regularly so it’s time to celebrate the best of the best.
Here are some of this week’s foodie gems:
Take some of those slightly overripe bananas from the fruit bowl and turn them into these luxurious and upmarket cupcakes from Jemma.
Kate is a British Youtuber who I know loves her food. This week Kate tackles the ultimate in luxury and decadence, salted caramel sauce. Stay tuned for next week for her video as she uses the salted caramel. I’m excited. She posts a video every Thursday at 5pm GMT.
Sorted Food are a group of friends who have a passion for food and have launched this Youtube channel and their own website showing off their food. With almost 800,000 subscribers, please go check them out if you haven’t already. This week, continuing their “Food in a Mug” series, they make a chocolate fondant in a mug with peanut butter.
Kerryann Dunlop takes us through her recipe for sticky toffee pudding with the addition of chocolate malt powder being noteworthy on Jamie Oliver’s channel. It is one of two recipes linking to his new TV series, Jamie’s Money Saving Meals.
Turn some leftover roast pork into these stunning Chinese pork baos. It’s incredibly simple and very filling. Nice one!
